I tried the demo version...you have another addict to this game. What you said about the game only added to the fact I should add this to my collection. Thanks Ewan for your insight on these games. You also got me into Patapon.

Your in trouble Ewan!

I have been listening to your shows for some time now and really enjoy them but up until now haven't felt compelled to contact you.The reason today is simple...you are going to be responsible for far too many hours lost to Wipeout Pulse!

I used to be a fan of Wipeout games on the Playstation, now the original really was a hardware seller. Until I heard your review I thought wipeout was old news, that I had moved on to more complex games like Call of Duty 4 on the PS3 etc how wrong could I be! Your review sounded so passionate I had to see what all the fuss was about and am pleased to say I am impressed. I have only just started out playing but already I can feel the 'just one more go' effect taking place.

Like you say this could well be the perfect PSP game, thank you for your contagious enthusiasm without which this game would have been lost to me. Gonna play this one silly whilst waiting excitedly for Wipeout HD

Notter, Yep, fair to say I love this game (btw I'm solid gold in grids 1-6 now). Will it drive Hardware? not sure. There's a lot of people waiting on WipeoutHD and that should drive the PS3. I wonder if Studio Liverpool will do something between the two titles?

Anyway, don;t forget there's a Wipeout Pulse demo in the EU Playstation Store (http://store.playstation.com/)
