Wimbledon fortnight here in the UK (and that means a lot of rain!), so I’m hiding indoors with Sega’s Virtua Tennis 3 and joining in. Along with the latest news in the PSP world, you’ve also got one week left to enter our Heatseeker competition, email your answers, with your name and address, to

. Good luck!

Listened to it yesterday, on the PSP. Again Ewan check shows #31 and lower on your psp, it’ll show up as 1:09, but keep on going, so that you cant use rewind, fast forward, or pause.
What the hell are you talking about rainy!?! The sun is shining here in The Netherlands!! :p
Maybe you should confirm the incoming emails, so people know that they did it correctly…..cause I forgot if I sent you the right email as well….., I sent you that one with only the anwser, did you get the one after that too?
Virtua Tennis 3 is a splendid game, but I didnt know that it also had a computer version that could play on the psp!! From the show:”It does what it says on the tin, plays tennis on a computer.”
I am extremely happy with the find of an official ISO loader in 3.50 and 3.51, because that means download full games, and possibly mini games. What I do hope is that you get to download a manual that you can print out as well, because I buy games because I like have the FULL game, meaning with the cool manual with art, and the tin, and the UMD.
Homebrew these days is unfortunately….. ISOs….
And I hate it….
I was one of the guys that downgraded from 2.80 being very happy with emulators and games like UKKE, AWAKER, CPSP, Pokemon Keeper (bejeweled-style). But now when I tell people I have homebrew, the response is;”YOU ******-******* bad ISO user!!”.
We homebrew users get this reaction because homebrew got known, by downgraders that could downgrade all firmwares, and custom firmware names that looked like real firmware (3.03 OE-C), to the normal PSP users, and what they think what homebrew means is ‘lets pirate games’, so or they pirate games, or they shout at homebrew users. Homebrew is great, the best part is you can code yourself… So F** of you psp users who think that homebrew is pirating cause it’s not. (BTW ewan, check torrent sites…. you’ll see, there are more “homebrew” users then you think.)

Reactions to my rant would be appreciated.
{Trying to make another great discussion}

I also do own the UMD verison of virtua tennis 3, but i have ripped the ISO image off of it and i play that instead, mainly becasue of battery life. Compared to an ISO image to an UMD you can get an extra hour of playing!! Also the loading times are hardly anything, Ewan says that the loading times are long at the start, but i did not realise that with the ISO. Me myself do not support piracy, but i do support homebrew and its methods!

July 18th, 2007 at 6:08 pm
codess will your site have the gta vcs cheat system and will it be downloadable to your psp on the day you open the hombrew section or will i have
to wait for it
p.s you need to get your site sorted as on my psp it works one day and then doesnt work and then it works the day after that and it carries on like that so that needs to be fixed

Don’t mean to be rude but david can you stop littering ewans response page, i dont mind a few questions here and there, but you are asking too many, go to a specific forum for an answer to your questions, again sorry if this comes across as rude.

August 23rd, 2007 at 7:23 am
yeah, just found out he’s at The Edinburgh Fringe, a festival, thats why there aint any psp podcasts!
August 26th, 2007 at 9:44 pm
whats going on with your site codess
August 26th, 2007 at 11:26 pm
Um…. hehe
it crashed.
and there’s no fixing it. It’s a pity.
I was the programmer, a friend of my had made sure we had a host.
The host crashed, he had login info so he was supposed to make backups….
Maybe you’ll see it again in a month or so, arising like a phoenix.
The Edinburgh Fringe ends when september begins.
