I’m South African and I was very confused when I found out that I had Loco Roco in my hands before anyone from Europe.

I would like to say though, that it was refreshing for me to know that for once in my life I didnt have to wait a month longer than the rest of the planet to play a new game.

It really is sad that we have to wait so long for new games and hardware, we only had the launch of the xbox360 a week and a half ago! (and we never had normal xbox in the country) The only good thing about it is that we have a really wide range of “launch” titles to choose from.

It’s sad to say, but I am selling my psp to buy an xbox 360 now, let me explain…

There is a company here called Ster-Kinekor, they were originally South Africas largest movie theatre company, but are also the agents for Playstation in South Africa now. They have become increasingly greedy and have upped the prices on everything playstation yet again.

A PSP value pack, not Giga Pack… A value pack, now costs more than an xbox360 core package. And the PSP’s games are the same prices as the 360’s games as well!

It really is a shame that they are doing this to playstation here, one of the major stores here have even told me that they will not be stocking PS3’s at all, they will only be supporting xbox360 due to the fact that Ster-Kinekor is upping all the prices.
