The PSP Show #10 - Joao Diniz Sanches (PocketGamer) Interview
(MP3 12.7 mb 18 minutes 34 seconds) LISTEN HERE
This show, I speak to Joao Diniz Sanches, the PSP editor for the new UK gaming site Pocket Gamer. Although the site was launched in March 2006, the staff have a huge experience in the gaming market. While we touch briefly on a number of PSP issues, the main thrust of the interview is talking to Joao about his top 5 PSP games. For someone who said the choices weren’t going to be controversial it’s still made a great podcast.
Don’t forget you can listen on your PSP by going to the PSP web browser, and entering psp.thepodcastnetwork.com/feed as the URL - you’ll be asked if you want to add the show to your RSS channel. Say ‘yes.’

Hi, Hugh. I’ve been listening to your show since episode 1. I find out about it when it was listed on PSPUpdates. I just had a listen to episode 6 again and about how you only seem to get nothing but negative comments so I thought I’d write in letting you know I enjoy your show very much, it’s not too long or too short and that accent of yours - very nice. I’m just a burish American in rap country where spelling and grammar is something of a lost art so it’s nice to hear an intelligent sounding voice from our Father country over there.
Anyway, you don’t seem to focus too much on the homebrew aspects of the PSP but I might suggest the guys over at PSPHacking101.com for an interview. Pox and Ragable’s show is one of the best PSP shows whose production is actually quite impressive, quite funny, informative and fun to watch and listen to.

Just heard the five best psp games by Joao Diniz Sanches. Still cant belive he picked Outrun 2006 over Ridge Racer. But I thought it might be fun to do a show on what five games would you give your worst enemy who is stuck on an island…you know like a Frenchman or something….My five would be Mercury (controls are a pain), Tiger Woods Golf, Coded Arms, Death Jr. and any soccer game ever made.
Thanks again for a great show, glad I found the web site….Ray
You put out a great show, it is great to see how something like a game machine can bring folks together from different counties. I dont think England is the 51st state
